中国纺织品商业协会，是由民政部批准，在国务院国有资产监督管理委员会指导下，由从事服装、纺织品、针织品、安全健康防护用品、户外用品的流通及生产、科研、教学活动的各种所有制企业、单位和相关社团自愿组成的，具有社团法人资格的非营利性质的全国性行业组织。成立至今，在全行业有识之士的拥护和支持下，为纺织服装、家纺家居等行业的成长壮大，以及市场化、品牌化发展，做出了巨大且卓有成效的贡献，行业影响力、凝聚力和话语权不断提升，国际影响力初步显现。
China Textile Commerce Association (CTCA), which is approved by Ministry of Civil Affairs and under the guidance of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee of the State Council, it is engaged in the circulation, production and research of clothing, textiles, knitwear, safety and health protection products, outdoor products. CTCA is a non-profit national industrial organization that is composed of various ownership enterprises, units, and related organizations that are voluntarily organized for teaching activities and has the qualification of corporate legal entity. With the support of the whole industry, the association has made a huge contribution to the marketization and branding of textile distribution industry, and has a growing industry influence, cohesion, imposing voice and international influence since its inception.
